History Of Department

V.P.S.P.M.S Arts, Commerce & Science college was established in 2000 From the year Of established of college, The department Of Sociology started.

Mr. Dandege L.G.  was appointed as a lecturer in the department of sociology on  CHB basis from 2000 to 2005. i  was appointed as a lecturer in the deparment of sociology on 25 august 2005 and carried responsibility as a Head of the department up till now.

Objectives of the Department

To complete the syllabus on time.

To Provide and equip the students with the procedures, tools and techniques of social research.

Make them aware of the social problems.

Create an interest among the students in research.

Create an interest among the students in Sociology.
